Welcome to QRoll ("the App"), developed by Yasser Yjjou. QRoll is a Smart Attendance Manager designed to help users efficiently manage attendance and absences during events and organizational activities.

We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and ensuring transparency in our practices, in compliance with Google Play’s User Data Policy and applicable data protection laws.

QRoll collects only the minimal personal information necessary to provide and improve our service:

• Name: Used to personalize your experience within the app.
• Email address: Used solely for user authentication and account management.

This data is collected when you create an account using Firebase Authentication. We do not collect any additional personal information, device identifiers, location data, or usage analytics beyond what is required for core functionality.

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Authenticating your identity when you sign in.
• Displaying personalized information (e.g., your name) within the app.
• Managing attendance records associated with your account.

We do not share your data with third parties, and we do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes. QRoll contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. QRoll uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage—all of which are secured using Google’s infrastructure, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Access to your data is restricted to you and the app’s backend services. We regularly review our security practices to ensure your information remains protected against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Children’s Privacy

QRoll is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us using the information below.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, simply send an email to our support team at yaser.apps.dev@gmail.com with your request. Upon verification of your identity, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems within 30 days.
